Press pause for a week of exceptional Yoga, Meditation, Art and a relaxing wellness experience in one of Mexico’s most charming coastal towns. Haramara (Mother’s Sea) is an exclusive seaside yoga resort nestled above the Pacific Ocean on 12 private acres of tropical jungle and a pristine beach.
Move in the open jungle air, relax in the infinity pool overlooking the ocean, eat gourmet meals with local organic ingredients. A perfect blend of nature and lavish living! The casitas are located on strategic points, each with their own beautiful jungle/ocean view and total privacy. They are open to nature and at the same time closed and cozy. You can take a shower feeling like you're outside, listening to the birds while soaking in natural sunlight. These breathtaking accommodations do not have electricity or WiFi. Your casita is lit by oil-lamps and flashlights are used to traverse the property after sunset. Be lulled to sleep by the light of the moon and the sound of the ocean waves. The deepest imaginable disconnect to feel more connected to the natural beauty surrounding you. Truly uninterrupted bliss.
(Electricity, charging stations and 3G service are available in the restaurant, Wi-Fi is available a short walk to the town of Sayulita)
Begin each day with an energizing All Levels Yoga practice to get the blood flowing and prepare the body and mind for the day ahead. Made to order breakfast shortly after. Mid mornings consist of either all levels art classes, workshops, or intentional group circles and discussions. Indulge in three course lunches, yes lunch comes with dessert! The afternoon practice is gentle, beginning with Restorative and Yin Yoga to prepare the body for the stillness of Yoga Nidra, a meditation practice made accessible for everyone. We will gather each evening at the infinity pool to share our day and watch the colorful sky as the sunsets into the ocean. Nourish your body and soul with three course dinners and conversations with your new friends. As the day ends you may choose to wander back to your casita for a deep sleep or make your way to the bar lounge for a cocktail or a night dip in the pool.
The practices, classes and workshops are designed to build self awareness and a fun, unintimidating community experience. You may think of this week as an adult summer camp with intention to send you home more connected to yourself and nature and with newly formed lifelong friendships.
